Jada Williams and Breya Cunningham combine for 27 points in 81-38 UA victory
TUCSON – Jada Williams scored a career-best 15 points and Breya Cunningham posted a double-double for Arizona on the way to an 81-38 win over UC San Diego on Thursday.
Williams shot 5-of-9 from the field, including a trio of three-pointers, and Cunningham tallied double-double with 12 points (6-of-7) and 10 rebounds. Cunningham added four assists, three blocks and two steals to her stat line as well.
Arizona (7-2) took a 25-point lead into halftime after the 30-point second quarter and never looked back. The Cats led by 27 at the end of the third and charted a 25-point fourth quarter to take home the 43-point victory.

The Wildcats return to action Wednesday, Dec. 13 in McKale Center at 7:00 p.m. as No. 5 Texas makes the trip to Tucson. The game will be broadcast on Pac-12 Networks.
