UA’s new AD chatted with Wildcats Radio 1290’s David Kelly about her dreams for a better Wildcat future

TUCSON — Desireé Reed-Francois is on the job.

Arizona new athletics director has had quite the eventful first week.

She made her initial appearance as AD last Saturday at McKale Center for the Senior Night game for Arizona Women’s Basketball.

Her first official day was Sunday, March 3 and it started with a nice run around the UA Athletics complex.

She was present in Las Vegas for the Wildcats 1st round win over Washington in the Pac-12 Women’s Basketball Tournament and then jetted to Los Angeles to see Tommy Lloyd and the Arizona Men’s Basketball team claim the Pac-12 Championship with a victory over UCLA.

Reed-Francois joined David Kelly this week on D.K. on the Sports Tip for her 1st official one-on-one interview.
