Bad third quarter dooms UA again

PHOENIX — Gonzaga’s Yvonne Ejim scored 27 points to pace the 20th ranked Bulldogs to a 81-69 win over Arizona in a at Colangelo Hall of Fame Series game at the Footprint Center.

Kailyn Gilbert led the Wildcats (8-4) with 21 points. Sali Kouroma had 17.

The Bulldogs led by six at halftime and outscored UA 29-14 in the third quarter to take control of the game.
