A variety of salsas and fresh produce, along with grilled Mexican onions and green jalapenos is located in the center of the dining room to perfectly complement your taco.

Their fresh meat comes directly from El Guero Canelo Meat Distribution Center on a daily basis.

They grill their meat over mesquite charcoal in small batches several times throughout the day to ensure freshness and quality. As the meat comes off the grill it is taken directly to the cutting station and it is never stored for next day use.

Their tortillas are made exclusively for their restaurants arriving directly from El Guero Canelo Tortilleria and Panaderia.
